OFFICE CONSULTATION FAQ'S

Is there any paperwork to fill out?

You will be asked to fill out information sheets regarding your overall health and some general information, as well as a privacy agreement.  For your convenience, these papers will be sent to you prior to the visit.

Will my appointment be on time?

We make every effort to be punctual and pride ourselves on rarely, if ever, keeping anyone waiting.  Your time is valuable and we appreciate the opportunity to meet with you.

How long does the consultation take?

Dr. Rosenthal believes that the more information you have at your disposal, the smoother your course will be.  An up-to-date video that discusses the procedure(s) you desire will be shown to you for approximately ten minutes.  You will then be escorted to the consultation and examination room to meet with and discuss the procedures with Dr. Rosenthal. This usually takes between 35-55 minutes.

Will I be able to ask questions?

Definitely!  This is a fact-finding meeting, so during this visit you will be given ample opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns.  Feel free to write them down and bring plenty of paper.

May my spouse or a friend accompany me?

We encourage and recommend your bringing someone with whom you can later discuss the benefits of the procedure you seek.  There is a great deal of information that you will be given, and an extra set of ears is always valuable.

 What is next?

The costs will be discussed with you and a written estimate of these fees will be given to you.

The next step is up to you.

Once you have decided to have a cosmetic procedure, we will look for a date that fits into your schedule.

We will also schedule another visit to the office about 3-4 weeks prior to your surgery date.  At this time you will have an opportunity to ask any other questions you may have. Consent forms outlining the surgery will be signed and all prescriptions for medications that you will need will be given to you.  We will then give you written instructions to follow both before and after your surgery, which will help to guide you through the process.

We look forward to meeting with you and making your experience a most pleasant one.
