To make your appointment and experience with us as easy and pleasurable as possible, we accept MasterCard, VISA, Cash or Check.
We also provide financing through Care Credit. Ask one of our staff for details and information on how to contact them and to obtain an application form. (We accept the 6-month “no interest” plan).
As a unique benefit for our patients, we have partnered with Allergan – and their Brilliant Distinctions Rewards Program. You will accumulate and earn points when you purchase a treatment of Botox or Juvéderm or purchase Latisse. You may then use your points to save on future purchases or products. You create your own account and manage your points online.

Scheduling Surgery
Once you have reserved a surgery date, you will be given a “Preoperative Appointment” for two to three weeks before your surgery date. Dr. Rosenthal’s fee needs to be paid in full two weeks before surgery. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Check.
Please Note:
If you cancel your surgery 30 days before the reserved date, you will be refunded your payment minus a $200 cancellation fee. If you have used a credit card as payment, your refund will minus any charges for any additional fees or interest your credit card company has charged our office.
