Starting a life long habit of exercise that will
maintain good circulation and bone mass.
Wearing sun blocks #30 and hat with a brim .
Using moisture cream especially after shaving.
Do not use drying cleansing products for skin.
Turn pillow case over each night so that you are not
lying on facial oils.
