Products are grouped by how they work and the type of active ingredient. Some work to remove the outer thick yellow layer of skin while enhancing the underlying collagen. Others prevent oxidation, similar to what happens to fruit left exposed to the air (it turns brown and withers away). There are also cleaners which gently remove extra oils and dirt while soothing the skin and skin and keeping it hydrated.

IPL or intense pulse light is a modality used by Dr. Rosenthal to even out skin pigment: age spots, brown mottled areas and blood vessels. This gentle and effective technique uses a bright light that is passed through specific lenses to target the pigment. There is no down time or pain. In the experienced hands of an artist and plastic surgeon, Dr. Rosenthal, you will see an improvement in the quality and pigment.
Carla is a Medical Aesthetician with 15 years of experience in the Skincare and Medical Aesthetics Industries. She has an extensive skin care background from the International Dermal Institute, Bio Medic and from Jan Marini Skin Research and is certified in aesthetics skin care and makeup. Carla’s expertise in Microdermabrasion, the Echo2 Oxygen Facial, Glycolic Peels, as well as the Illuminize and Vitalize Peels is a welcome addition to our extensive skin care department. Carla is passionate about her work – utilizing her passion to insure your treatment at our office is not only beneficial to your appearance but relaxing and soothing as well.
